@ahltorp@mastodon.nu what's the pattern on display? You should be able to name it. Is the presumption of innocence the patriarchy? Is finding someone guilty beyond reasonable doubt patriarchy? What's the pattern on display you're talking about? The rape happening and having weak evidence can both coexist.
