You agree that you will not use the Services or Platform to raise funds, establish any Fundraiser, or post any User Content for the purposes of promoting or involving:
8.10. the legal defense of financial and violent crimes, including those related to money laundering, murder, robbery, assault, battery, sex crimes or crimes against minors;
If GoFundMe doesn't pull this, they are ignoring their own ToS and making a deliberate political choice.

@sidepony@eldritch.cafe @PhoenixSerenity@beige.party I know it's a little bit tenuous but I also consider the fundraiser to be libelous, because it's implying that she's a terrorist I don't know if it directly says that she's a terrorist but it certainly implies it by justifying this guy's actions so libel might be another reason to label it which I did.. but I'm not sure I can edit now that I've posted to include the other things
