So when this user doesn’t want “wack opinions” on an instance it’s bad and an echo chamber, but when .ml doesn’t allow “wack opinions” on their instance it’s… good, and not an echo chamber. Hmm.

Yes, censorship is important for some topics, for example Zionists should not be able to spread their opinions. Neither should racists or sexists. Sure, you can disagree with that, but that’d be pretty wack.
