went to the doctor the other day, and they sadly had to charge me 40 Canada bucks (25€) because I didn't have Canadian health insurance, how will I ever recover from this crippling debt

the one thing that's tricky is that food is really good here and restaurants prices are a lower number in a cheaper currency than in Philly, so I'm going out wayyyy more than I should 😅
