@ottaross@mastodon.social I was thinking about how clover honey and buckwheat honey taste differently due to the flowers visited- I really wonder what minty freshness in honey would be like:-)

@TAV@mindly.social yes! would be interesting to do a tasting of several side by side. I always hear they're different but don't have a sense of how much the variation is.
