The enemies of the people of Gaza are not only Israel, but also shopkeepers, landlords, and militias.
When Alaa called me, we couldn't communicate at all because she was speaking Arabic, but I could still tell she was in a desperate situation. And there was a constant sound of a drone flying in the background. I knew I couldn't abandon her.
Fortunately, just a little while ago, a friend of mine in Japan made a donation. This kind of solidarity really encourages me.
