So, the replacement stand-offs I ordered turned out to be the wrong size 😬. As a long shot, I decided to contact Gigabyte, and found their RMA partner, in Hamburg. I e-mailed them, asking how I could obtain these parts. They were under no obligation whatsoever to help me, since the board is out of warranty, and was part of a pre-built system from a 3rd party. But they immediately offered to send me the parts, free of charge. Good to know that proper customer service still exists. #Gigabyte
