Trails in Scotland seem to be mostly rock.
Over here, in CH, rocks are limestone. Super slippy when wet. Over there, they are granite and not slippy. It took time for me to trust them...
The is Heart Break Ridge, a popular trail.

Further down, trails often went through nice light woods. Still: heather everywhere.
