Let me emphasize on the most important part of it: this is a way for fascists to enact their agenda and shut up anyone actively resisting it.
They start by attacking the "low-hanging fruit" in the form of porn/sex workers, weaponizing the legitimately concerning issues of the industry.
Bluesky is actually even worse because they have willy-nilly banned a lot of trans and black folks, too, while happily welcoming and protecting transphobes and racists, including the official account for ICE

They also ban any Palestinians' accounts on sight and are generally hostile to mutual aid (have banned some accounts key to the organizing on the platform). Furthermore, there is a massive CSAM issue and reports are not taken seriously.

@harmonycorrupted@kinkycats.org Have been talking for a long while about how Bluesky is a trap. It was set up as parallel shiney corporate alternative to the Fedi to lure all the ex Twitter folks. What you are seeing is them beginning to spring it. As we get closer to the midterm elections expect to see more of what is being perpetrated against the "low hanging fruit" applied more generally.
