Was rewatching Jonathan's last stream and a few things stood out as irksome. 1. In his comments he assumes the 'overclass' are all malevolent. They can't all be malevolent because despite everything America is still holding together. It may have taken a lot of battle damage but America as founded is still very much a valid and enduring thing. Therefore a benevolent overclass of some sort must still exist. 2. He consistently blames the military for bad things which then puts him in the same camp as Sasha Latypova. 3. Starting to think Jonathan has a near NPC-level understanding of operation warp speed. As with the events of 9/11, OWS was the thing more than anything else that thwarted the original plan. Everything immediately went off the rails following that. This also then points to a broadly benevolent overclass which is never factored in. A better understanding of OWS flips a lot of things around so they now make a lot more sense. For instance the initial hostility to a 'Trump vaccine' followed by the bizarrely sudden reversal to aggressive promotion of a string of never-ending 'boosters' among many other otherwise inexplicable events following its announcement.
