We can’t educate our way out of a culture of rape because the problem isn’t one of *ignorance*. The problem is that some people—mostly cis- and heteronormative men and boys—have been recruited to accept their own subordination in a hierarchical system by rewarding them with power over even-more subordinate people—mostly women and children.
