Back to appreciating the attacks I received during Artfight 2026! This time from a good friend and fellow artist sk-spitzkopf! He is the first to take an aim at my grumpy dragon Suldren. Spitzkopf an I trade art every Artfight since he joined, it's always very fun 😁 And thus, I talked about Spitzkopf's style and artistic sensibilities quite a few times, but I still have to appreciate it each time. Spitzkopf has an incredible distinct voice when it comes to art, just his shape and form language it's entirely its own. So I really love seeing my characters in it. Each time I received an artwork of my character from him, the way they are framed and displayed, is very thoughtful. And that's not always common with how artist treat fictional characters, not even if you commission them. In this case, he really captured the inherent dignity in Suldren's posture. I also highly recommend just following Spitzkopf's art on his Furaffinity. He tells a loose story of a handful of characters in his art, mostly through small snippets into their life and how it is progressing. I do really dig this slice-of-life storytelling through the small window of art. Though, occassional NSFW art is part of their life and story. Which I personally really enjoy. You might have noticed, that I do work on more NSFW art myself recently, and that's certainly something I got inspired by, when Spitzkopf also leaned more into it. There is something very freeing about it. So, in that sense, I am very happy to grow along with Spitzkopf as an artist. It's one of those things, that make the artistic journey worth it: Surrounding yourself with friends and being inspired by them. And I am sure there are more stories like this to come! Thanks for the Artfight ^w^ Absolutely give Spitzkopf a watch! https://www.furaffinity.net/user/sk-spitzkopf/ #Artfight #Dragon #Art #Fantasy
