@Andres4NY@social.ridetrans.it The paper was retracted for ethical reasons - I linked to the wrong paper because when I saw a retraction, I figured it couldn't be that one. Not the first IgNobel won by a research willing to volunteer their body for pain and danger - the Schmidt Pain Scale won for Schmidt having various insects sting/bite him and then he rated the pain. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-025-88686-x #IgNobel
