This is one of those years when I'm grateful that I'm in a position to max out my pre-tax medical accounts (HSA/FSA).
Healthcare is so expensive in the US. And the experience and outcomes are both so terrible.

Also, I assume an unspent fraction of my HSA will become part of my retirement savings, which is certainly not true this year. So medical expenses are literally postponing my (distant) retirement.
