@Persona@todon.nl When I was three, I was hauled into a hearing and asked who I wanted to live with, my mom or my dad. It gave me nightmares for YEARS. And that was a CUSTODY hearing where I got to go home with a parent who, in theory at least, loved me. This is child abuse.

@Persona@todon.nl I can't really understand how any judge with any modicum of self-respect can seriously sit in a court room with a 5 year old as the defendant and just convince themselves that they are administering justice and that all this is normal.
