@imyke Haha, fair point! I was curious enough about their stance to log into Twitter and read their own replies. They acknowledge the utility of “distillation" but point out that foreign labs should not distill American models. I mean, I'm pretty sure Anthropic's models aren't trained on American data only 🙃
