The primary reason women can't get married is because men have been terrorized by the government into not getting married. It's too much risk, as a man you can get fucked for everything you have. The more intelligent ones are opting out entirely. The low quality men who have opted out may opt to use sex services. The higher quality men will just be completely voluntarily celibate, and all the shaming in the world won't change it.
