These probably look a bit drab, but I'm guessing our neighbors' corn will be pulled in this week (could be wrong, they might wait one more week, we'll see). I'm hoping to take daily photos to capture how quickly the landscape changes.
Corn is probably just 8.5 ft tall!

Round 2 of (maybe) harvest week photos for the field corn surrounding our house. One neighbor has been pulling some corn in nearby, or doing other related work, but I'm not sure it's visible yet based on the photos. Maybe in the normal barnscape, a bit, but it's mostly out of frame. Machines are going most of the day and into the night. Dog has lots to bark at. #Midwest #Central Illinois #Illinois
