@ahDorchaich@ieji.de For web development, I advice you to look into https://www.w3schools.com/ - I've used their free tutorials when I was 13. For Arduinos - there are ways to emulate them in a virtual way without having anything other than your PC in the physical form. Don't try to learn everything at the same time. Start a bit slower, maybe learn simple HTML+CSS+JS and then TypeScript and get a job in frontend first. Startups usually don't care for official edu - might be worth looking into. 1/3

@lupuscrystal@mastodon.social thanks!! i will be using help from eu queer organisations ig, they might have some lists of jobs who hire disabled queers maybe... and anyway a person with zero official education in any related field (i basically have only uk school lmao, it has zero value, never went to a college even) i will try to research if any certificates from the internet matter so i'd try paying for exams and those then. i know quite a lot already but not webdev and not microcontroller stuff. i've got a 7in1 used book of webdev for dummies! xD as a start ig will work. at least it has info on servers even and is not about windows (which was a surprise, i was ready to suffer adapting it). as for arduino and other stuff like react and microslop ig am gonna use digital tools to learn, if i wont thrift anything for under £3 for a book. but i didnt research what i will most likely need yet so that's next after webdev and parts of portfolio with rust, c, machine learning etc. i know how to write my own models and train them, 'tis a cursed knowledge and i doubt anyone wil ever hire me for it cuz everyone prefers to pay big tech, i studied it time ago for myself.
