“The Warriors Way”
Truth and leadership
Shield and Spear
A truth cannot stand alone, it is always in response to deception. The danger that deception presents can be overt in its risk or subtle. When assessing danger stretch your senses to pick out both and many. You must respond quickly and shine a bright light on the darkness exposing the origins and purpose of the lies. The messenger is not the origin, look past and expose why they would deceive. Beware the overt deception repeated.

Leadership is to guide with confidence in your skills. It is not for yourself that you lead, it is for and at the behest of those that follow. They have each chosen with the scale of their own judgement of your efforts. If you respect that judgment and stay steady in your will you will not falter. When your skills are questioned, discover that viewpoint and adapt. Prove to yourself that you are worthy of trust. 2/2
