@Nonilex@masto.ai I don't know why the term "settlers" is so commonly used unless it follows earlier US usage of the term when we "settled" the American West. I believe that "settler" is a misnomer for those moving into already settled land. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/settler?
