I feel pretty much exactly the same. I never did the catching up outside work hours, because those are not work hours (I have been diagnosed with ASS which is probably where that comes from, having a sensitivity to fairness and justice and all that), so I’ve pretty much always been under-performing. At least I’m in the progress of being diagnosed with ADHD now, hope to get some meds that will help with that.
