@sophie And frankly, that form could have been an e-mail address.

@sophie agree, i think the options here aren't great. we built a twine format to do this with for one client and still havn't had the resources to write it up! https://github.com/geeksforsocialchange/enquirywitch

@sophie somewhere, a product manager is excitedly saying, "this form could be a chatbot!" And so goes, the ouroboros of software development.

@sophie this form could’ve been a FAQ. (But yes, forms >>>> bots)

@sophie you give them far too much credit... This chatbot could've just been a button

@sophie chat bots are the new meetings

@sophie This form could’ve been a deep and abiding platonic friendship where my pet insurer just ‘gets me’ without the need for words.

@sophie The chatbot could have just not existed and all would have been good.

@sophie Why has everyone forsaken the wizard? Is it not cool anymore? I'm waiting for the chatbot order form to be the next thing so I can convince it to ship to my location. @thegrugq

@sophie Hmm, maybe I’m too tired to get

@sophie Put this on some swag and I’ll buy it. The plain white text on a black tshirt thing might be better for AI existential threats than regular ones.

@sophie For a list of all the ways chatbots are failing to solve real world problems, please rephrase your question in several different ways, each slightly altered in an attempt to discover the obscure sequence of keywords that will unlock the correct answer. Be sure to discard all other answers as they likely contain only fabricated information.
