Owly is an owlbear harpy the size of an owl. Though she's less than 3' tall, she's strong as a bear, impulsive, and clumsy. Deemed a public hazard, she was entered into AD-HOC's residency program. She likes to gossip, and doesn't always tell the truth! I based her design on a Great Horned Owl. #mastoart #manga #webcomic #sliceoflife #digitalart #art #artistsonmastodon #originalcharacter #illustration #comic #scifi #fantasy #monstergirl #harpy #owlbear
