Trying to figure out ways to articulate the change in context from travelling consulting and project based work to more permanent team based roles and product work. I was using "looking outwards" for that consulting and coaching, and "looking inwards" for the team based product work. Matt Wynne has suggested "breathing in" and "breathing out", which I love.
