It's not just the Internet that's being ruined. I actually never answer my business telephone. The vast majority of incoming calls are telemarketers or scams, so I only pick up when caller ID matches an existing client, and hope that a legitimate caller will leave a voicemail. And now the AI voicemails are getting more sophisticated. Most of my life, I couldn't have possibly imagined any circumstances that would lead me to abandon tech, but I'm getting there.
