It's already known which genes are likely to heighten risks of certain cancers in old age, genes that are also positively correlated with other genes providing higher intelligence. With ten generations of elite embryonic selection, you'll have an elite class with a disparity in genetic quality from the normies vis-a-vis the Habsburgs and the serfs.
