The clock is ticking for rent, I still haven't heard anything from my parents yet regarding rent, let alone how my mom is doing post-surgery. I'm so, so fucking sorry to be in this position... but please... I don't want to get hit with hefty late fees for rent, I don't want to stress about housing any more than I already have been. My mental health has seriously spiraled just the last few days because I'm panicking about figuring this out. I hope my parents pull through but I really doubt it at this point...
I still need several hundred bucks as soon as possible to get rent dealt with and not deal with payment bouncing or getting hit with late fees (or both).

literally the only "update" i've had has been my mom sending a picture of one of her wire fox terriers in her lap at home... :senil_angry:

Was able to at least pay 50% of rent plus apartment utility bills, but that still leaves the other 50%, aka 900 bucks. I'm at least going to poke my parents about rent tomorrow morning now that I at least know my mom is OK enough, but still... any bit helps when I have no idea how much they'll help, let alone if they even will.
