@robot @siracusa @jsnell Did anybody hit you with the phylogenetic “true bug” definition yet? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hemiptera?wprov=sfti1 Not saying you should use it, but it is the source of one of my favorite little mnemonics: “X marks the bug” because that group of insects crosses their wings when at rest, making an X on their back.
