Submitted my dissertation today and feel inclined to share this snippet from the acknowledgments section here, because it concerns you folks. "With regard to my peers, I would finally like to thank my communities on the ⁂ Fediverse, especially Lurk, Merveillestown, and #Permacomputing. I had countless interactions and inspirations over the past years, informing and shaping my perspective on programming and code. You do some wild work out there in the shadows, and I am entirely here for it."
