Whenever I hear "military mobility" in the context of rail in an EU discussion my immediate thought is "I don't really know what this will MEAN in practice". And then I come to a panel like this, and none of these supposed experts on the panel have any idea either. Which is... worrying! #ConnectingEuropeDays
