@20002ist@thepit.social @mattblaze@federate.social I wish I'd done that. No, my husband drove me up and dropped me off He was supposed to pick me up three days later, but we finished a day early. He was going to pick me up around 10 the next morning (I'd prepaid for the motel) but that snowy windy night resulted in me calling him at 3am to say "Get in the car. Now!" I took turns calling various friends in different time zones to keep from being alone with my thoughts before he arrived That said, I've done election monitoring and ballot curing and *nothing* has left me more secure in the integrity of NV elections than those couple of days I spent in Tonopah. I highly recommend that everyone take the opportunity to do those things if they can
