This seems so obvious that it feels silly to even say it... but if your "leadership" consists of having a chat bot write "motivational" or (worse -- FAR FAR WORSE) "strategic" missives for you, and then send those out to "your people", don't be surprised if they won't be "your people" much longer.
The complete failure of leadership, being replaced by "leadership" at large companies is heartbreaking. But of course, every inflection point creates opportunities.
The chat bot led teams (and companies) will fail, and actual leaders will find many ways to make a difference and advance.
The way I try to dumb this down for the people in the back is this: "if you can't be bothered to write this, I can't be bothered to read it..."

@dirkhh@social.afront.org @carnage4life@mas.to and also: people sign up for a company (in part) to follow human leaders. nobody signed up to follow a chatbot.

@dirkhh@social.afront.org My takeaway is that we should be thinking about replacing the VPs and C-suite with LLMs and save the money for humans to do the real work... There is no leadership at large companies anymore. Just short-term thinking, herd instincts, no concern for the long-term. If it sounds like I'm bitter, it's only because I am.
