Paul McCartney with Stevie Wonder: Ebony and Ivory (Columbia 44-02878, 1982)
I imagine young people would think this song is cringe. Maybe it is. But I loved it when I was 10. Was this the first time I ever heard Stevie Wonder? Possibly. They recorded it at Air Studios, which I visited a few years later when I was on Montserrat with my grandmother who was receiving an experimental cancer treatment (but that’s another story).

Roger Miller: 1970 (Smash 67129, 1970) Not the greatest Roger Miller album but worth a dollar and a listen. Oddly for a guy known as a songwriter, there’s only one original on here. Five of the 11 songs were written by Dennis Linde who wrote Elvis’ “Burning Love” a couple years later. @vinylrecords@fedigroups.social #vinyl #rogermiller
