@anubiarts Hi, i love your work! I wanted to ask, how do you decide which specific colors to use when doing a pixelart redraw of a photo? is there an algorithm that generates a palette based on the most common colors in the image, do you use the eyedropper tool on particular spots, or do you have a list of colors you prefer and pick the closest ones from that?

For the first 90 redraws or so I did I stuck with predefined palettes from Lospec + some I made beforehand, but ever since I've started what I consider the "second season" of them (with the redraws you most likely saw), I just mostly handpick the colors myself, eye-ing the values and trying to get both close to the colors of the original piece while also getting colors that work well in a pixel art context, trying to limit the amount of them too. There are some times where I do the former method still but more often than not I do the latter
