@SpaceLifeForm@infosec.exchange A recent filing I read had an irate justice telling the DoJ that they could no longer operate in that court with a presumption long afforded to the department -- that presumption being that any case brought before the court would not be a waste of the court's fucking time. Same energy between frivolous DoJ filings and this bullshit case -- that rules are there to be followed only by the people who want to follow rules.

@SpaceLifeForm@infosec.exchange @theogrin@chaosfem.tw except, of course, for when it is in their interest to do so. Especially because that gives them a shred of cover when accused of not doing so. A flimsy shred that does not survive more than the most cursory glance, but that’s enough for those who do not wish to see the ugliness that maintains their gilded worldview.
