so the job I'm in isn't what I hoped for so started looking for something new. I knew that the market was hard as it took a while to find my last role, but I'd forgotten about radio silence after applying for a role. One email acknowledging they've received my application then nothing. And this is after just a few weeks looking, I know there are people out there who have spent much longer job hunting.
