Personally, I follow some broadcast accounts, but only if they post a reasonable low amount (like @opernmagazin ). I don’t follow broadcast accounts with lots of posts, and visit them when I feel like it (like @fesshole@mastodon.social ). Then there are accounts that post once a day that I don’t want to miss (like @hashtaggames ) For those, I use the notification bell.
