What a nightmare I lost my phone and had to get a new one, and the first place told me everything was lost, contacts photos, everything, so I went to a different place and a young woman managed to get my contacts and photos, but my writers app is gone, many of my files are gone, even tho everything was backed up, and the stupid find your phone app totally failed. It's like my phone fell into a blackhole. What's worse is uscellular got gobbled up by T-Mobile, my prepaid us cellular gave me unlimited data and hotspot, T-Mobile, and Verizon, don't have any plans with hot spots with prepaid, and I can't do a contract plan because I've never had a credit card. So there is no way for me to get a hot spot. plus I'm paying more and getting way less
