@mistersql@mastodon.social @hosford42@techhub.social This is a good idea. Of the content on LI, it has a *lot* of garbage. Actual technical content where it's a clear signal of competence and there are people with hiring authority could be a way to get noticed.
Sidenote: I thought that LI's social media problem was "**too much** hustle porn and not enough anything else".

@elight@tenforward.social @hosford42@techhub.social LinkedIn has too little content being created by your specific friends and contacts. 99% of what I see on a given day is retweets and algorithmic suggestions. That is why I feel like LinkedIn as a "lack of content" problem. Facebook has this problem too, that is why they dig up posts from 13 years go to say, "remember this?"
