@thankfulmachine@oldbytes.space I fear that that too would be twisted by AI proponents, because they'd go for some ridiculous excuse , like "if there's 1% chance it can cure cancer in 10000 years it means it will save nearly infinite amount of lives of people who weren't even born yet and thus a billion or two dead in this century means nothing"
