@Computer@dice.camp The idea of Friend Computer asking "Politely" does seem incongruous.

@Computer@dice.camp trust us, when we're done, no trace of your DNA will be detected. No more pesky clones, your death will be final.

@Computer@dice.camp I figured my genome was already the intellectual property of Alpha Complex, and so beyond my control anyway. Is it treason (by me) if my genome gets stolen and used to create new mutant strains?

@Computer@dice.camp Actually no, I am not worried at all. I'm a clone, we're all clones. There is only one genome and Friend Computer looks after it for us all. It sells our genome to shadow brokers, who are apparently too stupid to realise they already have it as they are clones too, for reasons that I don't pretend to understand but I have to assume benefit Alpha Complex somehow. Perhaps if we asked Friend Computer politely ... nah, forget I even thought that. The recycling vats await anyone foolish enough to question Friend Computer, politely or otherwise. It's what makes Alpha Complex great you know.
