Fair enough, I live in a red state and the needle has not moved at all for anyone I have met who voted for him. It is pretty ridiculous, they don't even have a single criticism. I had one tell me straight faced that the war in Iran was Biden's fault for not taking care of Iran earlier.

I think those types are beyond hope. They're so zealous and ignorant that I honestly think that they basically worship Trump. I'm talking more about the quieter types. Back during the 2000s, Bush actually had a pretty big base of supporters, and they were especially vocal after 9/11, but after the 2008 recession and the war on terror, a lot of his supporters went silent. Sure, there we're still a few that supported him afterwards, but a lot of his supporters chose to pretend that they never supported Bush in the first place. I feel like something similar is happening here.
