My wife could lose all German welfare payments, including the housing and health insurance sections. That in itself is already against my understanding of human rights under any conditions. But now she might be "fully sanctioned" despite the Jobcenter not even claiming any negligence of her duties. She got sanctioned alongside me because of my 'failings': Despite me earning an income which covers my half of welfare (which also means I don't rlly receive my half of welfare) I'm still "NOT WORK INTEGRATED" when I work part time. If I work 15h/week, I'm obligated to spend at least the remaining 25h until fulltime in their 'employability training'. Volunteering and commercial freelancing don't count into the compulsory 40h btw. And I'm too sick for full time and don't get part time sick leave. #FCKSPD who made this law Don't worry abt us for now btw, still got an emergency fund. Just angry we have to deplete it. :boost_ok:
