Just sitting around feeling miserable after getting the Shingles vaccine. I have never suffered any after effects of any vaccine before but this one has hit me pretty hard. I feel lethargic, nauseous with pain across the shoulders. In an effort to feel better I've tried drinking cups of tea and eating Tim Tams which are fortunately on sale for $3 a pack. They help a little bit. So I thought I would try sharing my misery with you. The thing is that I had shingles about 18 years ago and I don't remember it being as bad as the after effects of this vaccine. #Shingles #Vaccine
