@ifin@infosec.exchange The asymmetry's always been the interesting part — attackers share tooling freely while defenders historically hoarded. TLP:CLEAR meets defenders where they actually are. The harder shift is cultural: orgs that still treat every incident as a PR liability before it's a learning opportunity.
