@agnes@pdx.social you were lucky! It was the St. John's Bizarre. Many of the streets were closed from 10a onward and the open ones were jammed

@PizzaDemon@mastodon.online I got there a bit before 10 so I managed to find a parking spot, but I didn’t get the chance to explore any of the event offerings 🥲 Maybe next year!
