We are pleased to announce the release of Hockeypuck 2.4. The 2.4 release adds full support for RFC9580 and RFC9880 post-quantum OpenPGP keys, as well as initial support for HKPv2. Note that there are breaking changes between the 2.3 and 2.4 branches, and SKS sync is not supported with peers running earlier versions. Operators are encouraged to configure `pksFailover=true` bidirectionally with one or more of their partners, to ensure that updates replicate during any split-brain scenario.
