@TarynDeVere@mastodon.ie agree being new myself but someone just pointed out to me that all they are seeing on their timeline is lots of “boosts” so finding it difficult to know who to follow as they aren’t really seeing many original posts from people but rather lots of “boosts” - so don’t know what the answer is to that?

@11neilc1@mas.to that doesn't make any sense, a boost is a toot of someone else's, if you like the toot that's been boosted, you can check out their profile and follow them.
