@@parismarx@mastodon.online It would be if the US government itself weren't evil and profit-driven. As it is, there's no difference between the state owning Claude, or Anthropic. The argument in the video and example given is flawed on its face tbh. "You can't separate the internet from the surveillance infrastructure" is itself false. You absolutely can, and we do.
